— Luma: used to manage event registrations and interactions via embedded forms or links. The data processed may include contact details (e.g. name, email address) and interaction with event pages (Functional).

These providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular the United States.

Where this is the case, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework are used.

5. Storage duration
