Project Scale at a Glance

We are pleased to announce that Project Yopo has been assigned a Sylvera Pre-Issuance Rating of A as of 11/06/2026.

A Sylvera Pre-Issuance Rating assesses the likelihood that the expected carbon impact of a project is a true representation of its real impact and is based on a combination of three core scoring pillars: Carbon Score, Additionality, and Permanence.

Project YOPO - The Answer to “What is High Integrity?”

Securing Long-Term Carbon Removal Supply

Corporate buyers are under pressure to source removal credits that will survive scrutiny — from regulators, from auditors, from headlines. Yopo is built for exactly that.

With proper certification and structuring, Bio-LNG can cut lifecycle emissions by up to ~80% versus fossil LNG while using existing LNG vessel infrastructure. That makes it one of the most practical near-term options for maritime carbon compliance and maritime carbon cost reduction.

  1. Integrity You Can Verify

Yopo project follows the best international standards

  • Carbon : Gold Standard A/R 2.1

  • Social : IFC Performance Standards

  • Biodiversity : Society for Ecological Restoration (SER)

  1. Delivery Confidence

Yopo is not a first-of-a-kind project. It builds on BaumInvest’s 6,600 hectares already planted in the same region since 2023, that provides proven operational experience and significantly reduces delivery risk.

[ 6,600 ha Planted ]   [ Proven Execution ]   [ Operational Track Record ]

  1. Project Permanence

Permanence post crediting period is ensured by

  • Endowment fund, receiving part of carbon credit sale, to pay for monitoring/conservation after crediting period

  • Land to be converted into protected areas (private conservation land in Colombian law)

  1. A Triple Impact Story Worth Telling

Yopo project delivers a measurable, durable and triple impact:

  • Climate : 10.8MT CO2e removed over 40 years

  • People : 500 jobs created during 2026-2036 period (in a region of less than 3,000 inhabitants) and a structured social action plan supporting water supply, education and training

  • Nature : Improving habitat connectivity on the outskirts of the Amazon and encouraging return of emblematic species like the jaguar

CALL FOR OFFTAKE PROCESS

How the buying process works

How the buying process works

The Yopo call for offtake process aims to facilitate access to a large volume of high integrity carbon removals by providing qualified buyers with a structured commercial framework, standardised documentation and centralised project diligence.

Through the process, buyers will be able to submit offers for long-term off-take agreements covering delivery of up to 1 million Carbon Removal Units (CRUs) between 2030 and 2040. The offering will be organised across five separate 200,000-CRU batches with possibility to submit offers for one or more batches.

The call for offtake process includes:

  • a defined commercial timeline intended to accelerate decision-making;

  • an investment-grade data room;

  • scheduled technical Q&A sessions and field visits

ABOUT GO2 MARKETS

GO2 Markets is a Berlin-headquartered energy and climate solutions firm supporting organizations on their sustainability journey. With 13 years of experience in European clean energy markets and a growing presence in North America, GO2 Markets connects corporate buyers with renewable energy, high-integrity climate assets, and a dedicated client platform for value chain decarbonization. Active in more than 65 countries, the firm combines deep market expertise with digital tools to enable transparent, scalable emissions reductions. As commercialisation partner for Project Yopo, GO2 Markets has joined forces with aDryada to make carbon removal purchasing easier, more transparent, and better structured for institutional buyers.

ABOUT ADRYADA

aDryada is a nature-based infrastructure operator focused on structuring large-scale restoration assets as long-duration, investment-grade natural infrastructure.

Yopo project is indicative of aDryada’s investment-grade infrastructure approach. This involves securing long-term land tenure, structuring projects through dedicated investment vehicles, and establishing predictable revenue streams through long-term carbon credit offtake agreements with corporate buyers. By applying the governance, financing structures and contractual certainty typically found in infrastructure assets, aDryada reduces many of the risks that have historically limited large-scale nature-based projects. This enables institutional investors to finance capital-intensive ecosystem restoration while creating a reliable supply of high-integrity carbon removal credits and delivering long-term benefits for climate, nature and local communities.

aDryada’s portfolio spans large-scale projects across Africa, Latin America and Asia, representing a pipeline of approximately €1 billion in structured project value.

ABOUT BAUMINVEST

BaumInvest is a developer and implementer of mixed-species forest restoration projects with nearly 20 years of experience in nature-based solutions.

The company manages approximately 12,500 hectares of land under restoration in Costa Rica and Colombia, transforming degraded landscapes into biodiverse, climate-resilient forests using exclusively native species. Its close-to-nature restoration model follows natural succession dynamics to establish resilient ecosystems that strengthen ecological corridors and ensure long-term forest permanence. BaumInvest’s projects create local employment opportunities in rural regions, with a strong focus on Indigenous workforce participation. By combining ecological restoration, transparent monitoring and complying with Gold Standard certification, BaumInvest develops high-integrity nature-based assets that generate high-quality carbon removal credits while delivering durable environmental and socio-economic value.
